Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love Dry Goods™. If you're not satisfied, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. To start a return, email info@drygoods.com with your order number.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but if the product didn't work for you, reach out. We'll do our best to help.
